POLICIES 1. **No Extra Guests** - Clients are required to come alone to their appointments. No additional guests are allowed in the salon. 2. **Late Policy** - A 9-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. After 9 minutes, a fee of $1 per minute will be charged starting from the 10th minute. - If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. 3. **Reschedule Policy** - Clients may reschedule up to two times. If a third rescheduling is requested, a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment. 4. **Cancellation Policy** - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee. 5. **No-Show Policy** - If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee, and future service may be denied. 6. **No Children** - To ensure a relaxing environment, children are not allowed in the salon.

Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Tresseswithdes has a 50% cancellation fee if you don’t cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Tresseswithdes on Instagram or tresseswithdes@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
